The transport of your parcel

Parcel are generally sent in 48 hours after reception of your payment. The standard method of dispatch is Colissimo followed, put back(handed) without signature. If you wish a discount(delivery) with signature, an additional cost applies, thank you for contacting us. Whatever is the chosen method of dispatch, we shall supply you as soon as possible a link which will allow you to follow on-line the delivery of your parcel.

The shipment charges include the packaging, the handling and the mail expenses. They can contain a fixed part(party) and a variable part(party) according to the price(prize) or to the weight of your command(order). We advise(recommend) you to group(include) your purchases in a unique(only) command(order). We cannot group two different commands(orders) and you will have to settle postal charges for each of them. Your parcel is sent at your own risks, a particular care is brought to the parcel containing fragile products.
